Exchange Policy:

All orders within the United States can be returned for an exchange or store credit.  International, Clearance/Sale and Group order items are final sale.

Return Policy:

If you wish to return any item, you must contact us within 4 days of receipt of goods.  Late returns will not be accepted.  If you plan to return an item you must email Blazing Blue Fashions @ for a Return Authorization Number within ninety-six (96) hours.  The Return Authorization Number must be placed on the outside of the returned package or it will be refused.   We do not accept returns for wrongly ordered items.  You must ship the return back to us within 4 business days of receiving the RA number.  Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Any item returned/exchanged must include the attached original tags, hangers, dust sleeve and packaging and must be in new, unworn condition.

Items returned that smell of perfume, smoke etc., will not be accepted for a return.  For hygiene purposes, Hats and Fascinators cannot be returned.  The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges or returned item.

We reserve the right to deny any request for exchange or store credit for a return item.


All refunds are issued in the form of a store credit after restocking fees are applied.  The customer is responsible for all applicable shipping charges for returning an item.  Refund and exchanges will not be authorized for ordering an incorrect size.  Please check the size charts before you order.

Refused packages will be charged a restocking fee of 50% plus the cost and fees of the shipping process.  The remaining balance will be issued in the form of a store credit.  A store credit will be issued for returned or out of stock items.  You must order via phone to use a store credit.  All orders dealing with store credit must be used within 60 days.

Order Cancellation

If an item is cancelled for any reason after processing, the customer is subject to a 25% restocking fee.


Layaway accounts must be established over the phone.  Initial payment of at least 50% of the purchase price – less shipping is required to put an item on layaway.  There will be no refunds issued for cancellations or non-payment for layaway items.

We cannot cancel any in stock orders after 24 hours for any reason.  If your order was placed over a weekend or a holiday, you have until the end of the next business day to cancel an order; otherwise it will be shipped.  To cancel your order, you must contact us by phone.  You cannot cancel an order by E-mail.  Once your order has been shipped, your will need to follow the return policy.
